Front of House Manager Job Description:
Managers are in charge of overall operations of the front of house to ensure guest satisfaction by serving dishes and beverages of the highest quality while reducing bottom line costs. The Manager will be held accountable for the cleanliness of the front of house, ensuring that it complies with both company and food safety standards. Managers are vital in optimizing company profit by creating the best possible guest experience while inspiring and maintaining high team morale. The Manager is responsible for team building by coaching for growth and implementing processes and procedures to instill efficiency in the front of house.
