Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily compliance with all government and regulatory requirements as well as Tiverton Casino Hotel policies and procedures
• Responsible for all aspects of daily FOH operations
• Presents a positive image of the restaurant at all times. Interacts with vendors and the public so as to increase the appreciation of the restaurant and the brand in the marketplace
