Job summary

Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York City is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead the front-of-house operations and uphold our service standards.

The AGM will collaborate with the General Manager, hire and train Front of House managers and staff, and ensure service excellence across busy shift periods. The role requires strong leadership, people skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with Toast, Tripleseat, Resy, Google preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and operations.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the General Manager and back-of-house leadership team, make all day-to-day decisions to maintain quality restaurant operations.
• Maintain proper flow of service while upholding service standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Perform administrative tasks including financial reports, scheduling, facilities maintenance, and Health Department checks.
• Conduct daily and ongoing comprehensive education for front of house team members.
• Ensure all team members are trained and follow safety policies and procedures.
