Zeke's Restaurant in Orange Beach, AL is seeking a Front of House Manager with strong hospitality leadership to oversee daily operations, guest experience, and staff performance. The ideal candidate will ensure top-notch service, health standards, and efficient use of resources in a newly opened waterfront venue.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, staff onboarding, scheduling, and driving revenue while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience or degree in Hospitality Management.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Responsible Vendor certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct all day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety.
• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and meetings.
• Monitor schedules, labor and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction.
