Job summary

Olympic Hills Golf Club in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee all front-of-house restaurant operations. This salaried, full-time role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to high-quality service for members and guests.

You will lead FOH staff, coordinate reservations and events, manage POS systems, and collaborate with culinary and club management to ensure exceptional experiences and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with team development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
• Flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: hire, train and supervise front-of-house and on-course staff.
• Maintain warm, welcoming guest experience.
• Oversee daily operations, reservations and event coordination; manage POS back office.
• Oversee inventory, ensure supplies are stocked and ordered.
• Collaborate with Bar Manager for cocktail and wine list updates; coordinate with Exec Chef and Clubhouse Manager.
