Job summary

Copperfield Inn LLC in Limerick, PA, is seeking an energetic Front of House Manager to lead our team and elevate the guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

In this role you will hire, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff, oversee service flow and guest relations, handle cash and daily reporting, and ensure health and safety standards are met. You’ll collaborate with kitchen and BOH teams to deliver seamless service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FOH management or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent guest relations and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic restaurant technology.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred.
