Job summary

Silver Gulch Brewing & Bottling, Co. in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a Front-of-House Manager to work with the General Manager in a hands-on capacity, ensuring smooth operations and memorable dining experiences.

The role functions as shift leader, organizing tasks and supporting all FOH staff. You will coordinate banquets and events, oversee setup, service, billing, and cleanup, and bring at least 1 year of F&B or banquet experience along with a TAPs card and Food Handler Permit.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Food and Beverage experience, and/or banquet experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a TAPs card and Food Handler Permit
• Flexible days, nights and weekends.
