Job summary

Cupcakin' Bake Shop, a small independent bakery in Berkeley, is seeking a hands-on leader to help manage daily store operations and staff.

You will direct counter and kitchen teams, maintain inventory, train teammates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding our quality cupcakes. This full-time role requires dependable, punctual, and clear communication, with flexibility for weekend events and growth opportunities within our growing operation.

Job description

We're an independently owned small business and we're growing! Work with a fun team selling the best cupcakes in the Bay!

Are you what we like to call a \"natural born leader\"? Then come on down and join our team! Cupcakin' Bake Shop is looking for leadership who can’t resist the smell of cupcakes!

You will contribute to Cupcakin by assisting the management team with daily store operations as well as staying committed to our customers and associates. Your leadership (and love for cupcakes) and stellar customer service will serve as a model to fellow associates and ensure the loyalty of our customer base. Your time will be divided into directing and supporting counter and kitchen associates, monitoring daily inventory levels, and providing impeccable customer service. Being quick on your feet and teamwork is at the forefront of this position and imperative to the success of this role.
