Responsibilities

• Finish cupcakes and cakes to standards/specifications.
• Decorate using buttercream piping techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Be punctual, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
• Work early mornings and weekends as needed (e.g., 4:00 a.m. start).

Qualifications Include

• Self-starters who can work well independently or as a team Passion for pastry Previous pastry experience in a professional kitchen is a MUST!
• Must be familiar with cake baking and decorating with buttercream.
• Must possess current ServSafe certification upon hire.
• Must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts (including some holidays).
• Be able to lift 50 lb heavy items Be organized, clean, and honest.

• You should have reliable transportation.

Certifications
