Cupcakin' Bake Shop in Berkeley is seeking a motivated leadership-focused person to help run daily store operations and supervise counter and kitchen staff. You will ensure exceptional service, manage inventories, and support the management team with events and peak times.

The ideal candidate is dependable, a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced bakery environment. Weekend and event availability preferred; ties to customer satisfaction are essential.

Are you what we like to call a "natural born leader"? Then come on down and join our team! Cupcakin' Bake Shop is looking for leadership who can't resist the smell of cupcakes! You will contribute to Cupcakin by assisting the management team with daily store operations as well as staying committed to our customers and associates. Your leadership (and love for cupcakes) and stellar customer service will serve as a model to fellow associates and ensure the loyalty of our customer base. Your time will be divided into directing and supporting counter and kitchen associates, monitoring daily inventory levels, and providing impeccable customer service. • Maintain store inventory.

• Hands-on behind-the-counter training/tracking.
• A complete understanding of BOH operations; can step in if needed.
• Weekly communication with staff to keep them updated.
