Cupcakin' Bake Shop in San Francisco is seeking a friendly Bakery Associate to join our independently owned team. You will deliver superior customer service, assist guests with orders, and help maintain a clean, welcoming shop floor.

As part of a fun, fast-paced bakery, you will educate customers about our cupcakes, support daily operations, and participate in a positive work environment. Weekdays and weekends are required, with a flexible yet reliable schedule and opportunities for growth.

We're an independently owned small business and we're growing! Move over Warriors! Cupcakin' is in the building! As a Bakery Associate, you play an integral part in our team by providing superior customer service. Work with a fun team selling the best cupcakes in the Bay!

What You'll Do (Must be able to work weekdays and weekends):

• Consistently assist customers to enhance their customer experience.
• Act with integrity and honesty at all times.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about the quality and construction of our products.
• Treat fellow employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace.
• Promote service and sales by offering suggestive selling.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential challenges with courtesy, and professionalism.
• Execute all daily responsibilities including cleaning duties, opening/closing, and daily checklist with timeliness and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Report to work as scheduled and fulfill requirements for the duration of the shift.
• Have an in-service mindset and are dedicated to doing what’s right for our customers.
