Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Front of the House Manager to lead our dining room, front counter, and drive-thru experiences. You’ll drive front-of-house operations, coach a growing team, and ensure profitability through exceptional guest service and adherence to standards.

The FOHM will own scheduling, training, performance feedback, and cross-training while maintaining a culture of servant leadership and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Develop Team Members and Leaders to operate as a cohesive team aligned with the business vision.
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards and procedures with attention to detail.
• Coach Team Members and Leaders to meet standards daily.
• Oversee drive-thru operations to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Oversee front counter operations to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Oversee dining room operations to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Lead money management including cash handling, starting/closing day, and safe management.
• Create the schedule for all front-of-house employees.
• Monitor time punches and attendance, including late arrivals and call-outs.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of front-of-house equipment as scheduled.
• Train and onboard new Team Members.
• Monitor Guest satisfaction scores and adjust staffing as needed.
• Prepare for leadership growth and succession.
