Responsibilities

• Lead effective Front of House shifts and create clear priorities for the team.
• Position Team Members, manage breaks and cuts, and adjust the shift as guest demand and business needs change.
• Coach Team Members in real time, recognize strong performance, and hold the team accountable to expectations.
• Lead Drive-Thru and hospitality execution while protecting speed, accuracy, quality, safety, cleanliness, and genuine care.
• Understand guest-experience goals and help the team connect daily execution to those goals.
• Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and communicate opportunities and needs to senior leadership.
• Support responsible labor execution while protecting the guest and Team Member experience.
• Complete applicable cash-management, operational, food-safety, opening, transition, and closing responsibilities after training and authorization.
• Model our expectations of Performance, Attitude, Chemistry, Coachability, and Influence and help develop those behaviors in others.
