Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Able to account for and process cash and credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Upsell guests beyond their orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work.
• Able to perform other duties as assigned.
