Qualifikationen

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Must have extensive food and beverage service knowledge.
• Responsible for all Diner (FOH) operational quality aspects.
• Responsible for preliminary menu development.
• Develop service standards and implement those standards for the Diner.
• Assist in developing cost related parameters for the Diner.
• Maintain expenses to meet budgeted or forecasted goals.
• Schedule Front of House Diner staff and meet payroll costs.
• Coordinate program meeting Iowa Department of Health and government rules and regulations.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary licenses as required by authorities.
• Track critical areas of food and beverage service.
• Periodic team member evaluations and development strategies.
• All relevant inventories including rotation, par levels and periodic inventories.
• Coordinate new inventory items with F&B Director and Purchasing manager.
• Hiring and development of all levels of the Diner service team
