Shift Leaders work hands-on, coaching staff, maintaining standards and ensuring an excellent guest experience while keeping the shift organized and efficient. Applicants must have a NYC Food Handler's License and restaurant experience; candidates should be ready to lead both front- and back-of-house and train teammates.

Qualifikationen

• Current NYC Food Protection Certificate and restaurant experience required.
• Hands-on, dependable team player with a positive attitude.
• Organized, adaptable leader who communicates well under pressure.
• Able to follow established recipes, procedures and checklists.
• FOH applicants should excel at guest service; BOH applicants at food production and safety.

Aufgaben

• Own the guest experience and uphold DÙNDÚ's service and food standards.
• Lead the FOH team and communicate priorities clearly.
• Greet guests, run the service line, operate POS, support order fulfillment.
• Train and coach team members with real-time feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH and ensure proper stock levels.
• Oversee online and catering orders fulfillment and accuracy.
• Oversee kitchen production and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Ensure health and safety and compliance with NYC requirements.
• Manage opening, shift-change and closing procedures and checklists.
