Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness of front-of-house areas and the venue.
• Oversee scheduling to optimize staffing and operations.
• Coach front-of-house managers and support their development.
• Ensure familiarity with all front-of-house duties and systems.
