Job summary

Momofuku Las Vegas is seeking an experienced FOH Manager to join the leadership team at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. You will oversee service and training for the FOH team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant management in a high-volume upscale to fine dining.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification.
• Experience with Micros, Tripleseat, Resy, and Google preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flow of service while upholding standards and cleanliness.
• Lead FOH training and daily education for team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety and DOH sanitation policies.
• Oversee reservations and host stand during shifts.
• Collaborate with GM and corporate office on service initiatives.
• Handle guest recovery and manage guest complaints.
• Support private events and day-of event execution.
• Update menu materials and POS as needed.
