Job summary

McCrometer, a Veralto company, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee welding, machining, final assembly, and material support activities on the 1st shift. You will prioritize resources, monitor KPIs, and drive safety and efficiency across cells to meet shipment plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of welding, machining, final assembly, and material support functions.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor tasks to meet the shipment plan and KPIs.
• Maintain visual daily management (VDM) and assist with problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock.
• Coordinate with other department leaders to meet shipment dates and training needs.
• Support production recovery efforts and sustain countermeasures with SOPs.
