Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in manufacturing or production with leadership/supervisory roles preferred.
  • Understanding of production processes and systems, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with proven track record of managing production teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and optimize production processes.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • This position requires a “US Person” under export control definitions.

  • Propose procedural or organizational changes to drive improvements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to defined production standards, methods, and guidelines.
  • Oversee and manage all production operations for the assigned sub-segment or product to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Apply production methods, guidelines, and procedures consistently to meet KPI targets.
  • Contribute to or manage the fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders.
  • Confirm or approve production orders and allocate operational resources accordingly.
  • Ensure the availability and readiness of production infrastructure, including tools, maintenance services, and setup operations.
  • Propose procedural or organizational changes to drive improvements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
Your Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating production teams to achieve operational goals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that optimize production processes
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
