Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist to join the Technical Services team, supporting the Foam/Foam Hardware Business Unit. You will provide responsive technical support, accurate documentation, and field guidance for internal teams, distributors, customers, and end users.

As a subject matter resource for foam and foam hardware products, you will collaborate with Technical Services, Field Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Services to answer questions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Technology or Engineering or equivalent background.
• NICET Level III in Special Hazard Systems or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Materials for domestic and international distributors.
• Respond to technical questions from distribution, field sales, customers, and end users with clear, timely guidance.
• Consult with engineers, architects, and other technical professionals on product application.
