Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Sustaining Mechanical Engineer to support a portfolio of fire protection products. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Services to maintain compliance, drive product improvements, and lead engineering changes from concept through execution.

Based onsite in Marinette, WI, this role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience with design for manufacturing and root cause analysis.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Knowledge of DFMEA and phase-gate processes preferred.
