Smithers-Oasis Company is hiring a Saw Operator Level II for our Temprecision International facility in Hudson, OH. The role involves measuring and cutting foam to specs, setting up saws, and ensuring product quality. You will maintain production records, follow safety guidelines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The position is full-time, 3rd shift (Mon–Thu, 8:30pm–6:30am) with overtime as needed and a starting wage plus shift differential. Benefits and 401(k) options are offered.

Competenze

• Able to read a ruler and interpret simple drawings.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Follows detailed instructions and standard practices; practices initiative.

Mansioni

• Measures, cuts and assembles foam according to specs and product mix.
• Sets up automatic horizontal saws and ensures quality of the cut.
• Maintains and updates production records and safety procedures.
• Inspects products and reports any quality issues to leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports continuous improvement activities.
