Responsibilities

• Remove excess foam and buildup from molds using a tuffy or plastic pick.
• Identify nonconforming material and dispose of it properly.
• Communicate quality issues to line operators, process leads, and supervisors.
• Spray molds with hand sprayers and air guns to clean excess flash.
• Place material correctly into molds prior to foaming.
• Assist with mold release agent and tooling as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
