Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remove excess foam and buildup from molds using a tuffy or plastic pick.
• Identify nonconforming material and dispose of it properly.
• Communicate quality issues to operators, shift lead, and supervisor.
• Spray molds using hand operated sprayer and air gun to clean excess release.
• Place material into molds prior to the foaming process.
