Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; must read and interpret English work instructions.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret basic instructions and documents.

Responsibilities

• Remove excess foam and buildup from molds using scrubbing tools.
• Identify nonconforming material and dispose of it properly.
• Communicate quality issues to operators, leads, and supervisors.
• Spray mold with hand sprayer and air gun to clean parts.
• Identify mold release needs to prevent sticking or ripping parts.
• Place material into molds prior to foaming process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
