Job summary

Responsibilities

• Remove excess foam and buildup from mold by scrubbing with a tuffy or plastic pick.
• Identify nonconforming material and dispose of it properly.
• Communicate quality issues to operators, line, shift lead and supervisor.
• Spray mold using hand-operated sprayer and handheld air gun to clean excess flash.
• Place material into molds prior to foaming process and ensure correct release agent levels.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
