• Must possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must have good communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and effectively while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Train and fill in for other positions within the department and facility.
• Read gauges and measuring devices accurately.
• Maintain accurate production counts and observe daily run schedules.
• Learn basic SAP transactions related to position and department.
• Follow 5S principles to keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain paperwork for quality and audits.
• Maintain production pace and ensure scrap levels meet targets.
