Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, seeks a Baler Operator to bale scrap foam during 2nd shift (6:00PM - 2:30AM, Monday–Friday). You will tie off bales, package for shipment, and move bales to storage while ensuring correct weight tagging.

This role requires basic education and manual dexterity for repetitive tasks within a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include operating the baler, handling scrap foam, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate baling machine to bale scrap foam.
• Tie off completed bales and package for shipment.
• Move completed bale to storage and ensure proper tagging with weight.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
