Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Computer skills and basic math for production tasks.

Responsabilités

• Report to lead on cut/slice tasks at shift start.
• Check tags and measure blocks before cutting.
• Assist unloading machinery and handling foam blocks.
• Re-measure after cutting to ensure correct size.
• Train new employees and cross-train on machines.
