Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Foam Operator for our door manufacturing line. This night position operates from 4:00pm to 2:00am, Monday through Thursday, on-site in a manufacturing environment.

The role includes reporting production and scrap, calibrating chemicals, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with the line leader to meet safety and quality standards. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Dexterity to assemble doors and perform visual quality checks.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret various instructions and blueprints.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate the automate Seimpelkamp foam system on the manufacturing line.
• Complete daily production and scrap reporting.
• Record temperature settings and foam density checks to ensure product quality.
• Calibrate chemicals used in the process and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with line leaders on production, quality, and scheduling.
