Job summary

AJ MANUFACTURING - MASTER is seeking a foam injection operator for doors production. The role involves reading work orders, setting up equipment, adhering to safety rules, and operating foam guns to fill doors.

You will load doors on platens, inspect parts, input shot times, and keep the work area clean. The position may include overtime on Fridays; base pay is $21 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential, totaling $23.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Read and understand work orders, procedures, and instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 91 pounds.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Operate foam gun and load doors on platens per process.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and procedure sheets to determine priority.
• Operate foam gun to fill doors to specification.
• Load doors on platens, operate lift, and stack/clean platens.
• Enter correct information into computer for shot time and maintain clean workspace.
