Owens Corning, through Masonite integration, seeks an Assembler/Builder to assemble door shells in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will operate pneumatic and manual tools, ensure component accuracy, and maintain safety standards while contributing to quality output on a night shift.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to work instructions in a production line environment. English communication is required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Able to read and interpret work instructions and specs.
• Works well in a team with minimal supervision.
• Wollows safety procedures and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manually assembles door shells using pneumatic and manual tools.
• Operates and maintains wood machine and checks quality.
• Meets daily production targets and quality standards.
• Loads/unloads parts and stacks on the line.
• Follows work instructions and OSHA/ISO guidelines.
