Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to add and subtract fractions and whole numbers; convert fractions to decimals.
• Proficient at reading/interpreting quality specs and build construction details.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently; train new and existing operators.
• Inspect product and monitor quality and timeliness.
• Read production schedules and set up/adjust equipment.
• Perform measurements and record times and ticket quantities.
• Maintain downtime records and participate in safety Kaizens.
