Job summary

Altus Engineering seeks an experienced Weaponeering & Targeting Analyst – FMS Support to support the JTCG/ME Program Office at Aberdeen Proving Ground. You will manage FMS cases, review weaponeering data, and coordinate with international partners to ensure accurate, timely case development and disclosure compliance.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, SECRET clearance, and strong Excel skills, with travel as needed to CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

5+ years of targeting, weaponeering, or related technical support experience.
U.S. citizenship with active SECRET clearance; TOP SECRET/SCI eligibility preferred.
Familiarity with JMEM products, weaponeering baselines, or targeting data.
Strong Excel skills and experience comparing technical datasets and maintenance of tracking matrices.
Experience with foreign disclosure reviews and LOA processes.

Responsibilities

Review and compare weaponeering data, configurations, and baselines to support accurate partner-nation products.
Apply targeting and CDE methodologies to review data and outputs.
Coordinate with developers to document discrepancies and verify corrections.
Assemble technical release materials for Government foreign disclosure review.
Support FMS requirements development and LOA amendments for scope and disclosure guidance.
Maintain technical tracking matrices, case docs, and knowledge bases.
Prepare and present technical briefings and status updates for Government leadership and partner nations.
Support CONUS and OCONUS meetings and customer engagements as required.
