Job summary

Altus Engineering seeks an experienced Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager to support the JTCG/ME Program Office at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will manage FMS cases, coordinate with international partners, and track funding, schedules, and deliverables.

Responsibilities include drafting LOIs/LOAs, collaborating with government teams, and ensuring compliance with security procedures. A degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Direct FMS experience required, including case development, management, or execution.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates without a degree who meet the experience requirements are encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of the FMS case lifecycle, security assistance processes, and associated documentation.
• Experience tracking program funding, schedules, deliverables, and customer requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support FMS cases throughout their lifecycle, from requirements development to closure.
• Prepare and coordinate inputs for LORs, LOAs, amendments, and related case documentation.
• Coordinate with Government case managers, security assistance organizations, technical teams, and international stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Assist with cost estimates, funding requirements, and schedules for software, data, training, and other program support.
• Track funding, expenditures, milestones, deliverables, and risks; identify corrective actions.
• Coordinate FMS customer requirements for software tools, updates, data, documentation, and training.
• Maintain accurate case records, correspondence, tracking tools, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, and meeting materials for leadership and case reviews.
• Support compliance with security assistance policies, foreign disclosure requirements, and Government procedures.
