Mains’l is seeking a Full-Time FMS Support Specialist to join the Financial Management Team in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role focuses on self-directed services, payroll support, vendor payments, and administrative duties for participants.

The position offers hybrid work with in-office training and requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and fluency in English (Spanish preferred). Compensation ranges from $53,560 to $60,014.40 annually.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with financial management systems and payroll processes.
• Proficient with Excel and data entry accuracy is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for participants, families, and vendors.
• Support payroll processes, budgeting, and payments.
• Enter data and review payable invoices for accuracy.
• Review timesheets, payroll reports and employee setup docs.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders via phone and email.
• Assist with monthly spending audits and reporting.
