Qualifications

• Strong customer service with budgeting accuracy.
• Experience with financial management systems and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in managing their service budget and expenditures.
• Perform data entry and review of payable invoices.
• Conduct detailed reviews of payroll.
• Process employer, employee, and vendor documents.
• Maintain relationships with individuals, case managers, families and vendors via phone and email.
