Mains’l-Services, Inc. in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Full-Time FMS Support Specialist to join our Financial Management Team. You will serve as a primary resource for self-directed services, helping participants manage budgets and payroll tasks with accuracy and care.

You’ll perform data entry, review invoices, time sheets, and payroll reports, while maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, case managers, and vendors via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong customer service.
• Experience with financial management systems and budgeting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for participant and stakeholder regarding self-directed services.
• Support individuals in managing service budget and expenditures.
• Perform data entry and review of payable invoices.
• Review of timesheets, payroll reports and employee set up documentation.
• Conduct monthly audits of spending summaries for accuracy.
• Share information from Regional Centers with participants and stakeholders.
• Process employer, employee, and vendor documents.
• Maintain strong relationships through customer service via phone and email.
• Demonstrate Mains’l Values in interactions and decisions.
