Job summary

Credence seeks an FMS Manpower Project Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAM directorate, F-16 division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will help plan program activities, analyze manpower needs, and manage LOA data and budget elements across multiple USAF centers.

The role requires active Secret clearance, a related bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of FMS PM experience, with flexibility for CONUS/OCONUS travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and up to three years of related experience, or five years with proper certifications.
• Minimum three years of FMS project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize program activities and perform project management work.
• Analyze and present assessments of concepts, analyses, and procedures.
• Manage FMS manpower changes for F-16 production aircraft.
• Analyze manpower needs and coordinate LOA-related activities.
• Track funding and budget status for manpower positions.
• Collaborate with multiple Air Force centers for concurrence and LOA milestones.
• Prepare LOA data, P&A data, and ROM estimates for new programs.
• Maintain manpower data and projections for LOAs and improvements.
