Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an FMS Manpower Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM directorate, F-16 division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves planning, analyzing, and coordinating manpower and LOA-related activities for F-16 production programs.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, a related Bachelor's degree, and at least three years of FMS project management experience, with flexibility for CONUS/OCONUS travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and up to three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed OR five years of directly related experience with proper certifications.
• Minimum of three years of FMS project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and organizing program/project activities and analysis.
• Analyze and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
• Provide project management for FMS manpower modifications and amendments for F-16 production aircraft.
• Assist to analyze FMS manpower needs for F-16 aircraft.
