Job summary

Intrepid, an SPA Company, seeks a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst to support Program Executive Office Missiles and Space in Huntsville, Alabama. You will coordinate end-to-end FMS activities with Foreign Liaison Officers and stakeholders, ensuring Fully Mission Capable status and timely delivery.

Requirements include an active DoD SECRET clearance, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor's degree. In-person work five days a week; telework is by mission exception.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to coordinate actions across multiple organizations.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and decision-support products.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for multiple FMS cases with US allies.
• Manage documentation, memos, action items, and required reports.
• Coordinate Program Management Reviews and travel plans.
• Support Training Working Groups and Technical Working Groups with leadership.
