Job summary

Credence seeks a skilled FMS Manpower Project Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and executing manpower programs for F-16 production, with collaboration across U.S. and foreign partners.

You will analyze FMS manpower needs, assist with LOA budgets, and manage funding for positions while coordinating with SAPMs and country counterparts. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility is required.
• Experience in FMS project management is preferred.
• FMS manpower concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of program/project management concepts.
• Provide project management for FMS manpower modifications and amendments for F-16 production aircraft.
• Assist to analyze FMS manpower needs for F-16 aircraft according to LOR and LOA.
• Monitor expiring positions and coordinate with project managers to allocate and extend positions with country concurrence.
• Track and monitor the funding status of all FMS manpower positions.
• Document meetings and discussions with U.S. and foreign parties; organize foreign travel.
