Qualifications

• Over 3 years in FMS, logistics, program management or related analysis.
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance or Interim Secret required.

Responsibilities

• Functions as an assistant to the Senior Program Analyst on major projects.
• Supports program analysis efforts, including technical research, coordination of reports, and development of program monitoring systems.
• Tracks implementation of corrective actions and milestone accomplishments and evaluates progress.
• Assist the government in the execution of program analysis tasks and major project responsibilities.
• Conduct technical research to gather data from various sources to support reviews and decision-making.
• Coordinate preparation of program reports and documentation for content accuracy.
• Develop, update, and maintain program monitoring systems to track milestones and corrective actions.
• Track and evaluate milestone progress to identify issues and solutions.
• Support internal and external communications related to program status and documentation requirements.
• Prepare activity and status reports for management as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of program execution.

• Lexington Park, MD Must be a U.S. Citizen Clearance Required: U.S. Secret Security Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance. Education: BA/BS degree. Six (6) years of work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. Associate’s degree and four (4) years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. Experience Required: Over 3 years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning. Functional Description:
• Functions in the capacity of an assistant to the Senior Program Analyst on major projects.
• Supports program analysis efforts, including technical research, coordination of reports, and development of program monitoring systems.

• Assist the government in the execution of program analysis tasks and major project responsibilities.
• Conduct technical research to gather data from a variety of sources to support program reviews, progress evaluations, and decision-making.
• Coordinate preparation of program reports and documentation, ensuring content accuracy and completeness.
• Develop, update, and maintain program monitoring systems used to track major milestones and corrective action implementation.
• Track and evaluate milestone accomplishments on an ongoing basis to determine progress, identify issues, and recommend potential solutions.
• Support internal and external communications related to program status, issues, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare activity and status reports for management as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of program execution.
