Cor-Vanama Solutions dba Consumer Directions Inc. is hiring a Financial Support Specialist to manage a caseload in our St. Joseph, MN office. You will reconcile time entries, invoices, and budgets, while delivering accurate financial information and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: Bookkeeping experience and MS Excel proficiency.
• Some accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile time entries and invoices with high accuracy.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable information.
• Review participant budgets and assist with plans and budgets.
• Identify discrepancies and research to ensure records are accurate.
• Support employees with electronic timesheets and related questions.
• Communicate with participants, employees, providers by phone and email.
• Perform general accounting and administrative tasks as per procedures.
• Prioritize daily work to meet deadlines and keep accurate records.
• Provide responsive, professional, compassionate customer service.
