Tri-Valley Opportunity Council is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join the Fiscal Department in Crookston, MN. The role focuses on creating accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting tasks in a hands-on, on-site setting.

Responsibilities include managing Accounts Receivable, assisting with Accounts Payable and Payroll, and overseeing contracts, housing and asset management. The position requires an associates degree or three years' bookkeeping experience and solid MS Office

Qualifications

• Associates degree or three years of bookkeeping/payroll experience.
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable and payroll.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fiscal Department in creating accurate and timely financial records.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and assist with Accounts Payable and Payroll.
• Provide backup and support to the Fiscal Department.
• Oversee contracts, housing and asset management.
