Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Five years of human resource experience preferred including leave management.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Certification or training on FMLA/leave administration a plus.
• Experience with UKG a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer leave requests and accommodations under FMLA/ADA.
• Ensure compliance with state and local leave laws.
• Coordinate with disability plans as needed and track leave timelines.
