You will collaborate with sales partners, analyze ROI, and create compelling POS materials while tracking key metrics to optimize campaigns. A bachelor's in marketing or business and 3–4 years FMCG experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of trade marketing or brand marketing experience in FMCG.
• Proven experience developing and executing in-store promotions and merchandising strategies.
• Strong understanding of retail channels and consumer purchasing behavior.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Welkom, Free State.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans and promotional programs aligned with brand strategies and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to ensure effective in-store campaigns, displays, and merchandising initiatives.
• Analyze trade spend effectiveness and ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the retail space to identify new opportunities.
• Create compelling point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional collateral.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers for trade marketing activities.
• Track and report on key trade marketing metrics, including sales uplift, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the brand and sales teams based on trade marketing performance and retail feedback.
