Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages, fractions, and financial figures.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Prior supervision experience is highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision to employees.
• Monitor the training and development of staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the profits and losses of the department or a specific division.
• Develop goals and initiatives to direct the department's course; guide managers in implementing company initiatives and policies.
• Evaluate company processes and procedures to solve issues within them.
• Ensure business operations are implemented based on established procedures.
• Keep track of regulatory records and paperwork.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
• Apply knowledge of own discipline and its integration with others to achieve team objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may be evident in systems and processes.
