Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, operates a fly ash loading facility in the U.S. The Operator role involves overseeing loading, billing, and testing to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

You will monitor silo levels, place orders, perform fly ash tests, generate tickets, and handle billing while maintaining safety and quality. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training or certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write basic correspondence.
• Basic math skills including rate, ratio, and percent.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with host facility.
• Monitor fly ash levels in silos and place orders as needed.
• Perform tests on fly ash and pull samples for testing.
• Operate truck scales, create tickets and billing info.
• Operate loading equipment for trucks/rail cars; may use forklift.
• Maintain and clean equipment and facilities; call for maintenance as needed.
• Responsible for plant safety and all required reports.
• Ensure regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
